Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize, execute & optimize digital projects that cater to the needs of Small & Medium-sized businesses.
  • Create visually appealing & engaging graphics, images & content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter, aligning with our brand identity & messaging.
  • Assist in the design & execution of impactful email marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience & drive engagement.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere (plus), to produce high-quality visual content and video materials.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze key metrics and reports from various social media platforms, providing insights to improve our digital strategies and content performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, our service offerings, market trends, and key differentiators to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Qualifications:

  • Has 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or video production.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling content tailored to different digital platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms, including their features, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and a strong desire to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously as well as in small collaborative groups.
  • A portfolio showcasing your previous graphic design and/or video production work is a strong advantage.
